Amanda Merrington came into Real Estate with a legal and property background spanning over two decades. A qualified lawyer, Amanda has practiced in the areas of civil litigation, relationship property and property law/conveyancing. Amanda now applies the same dedication, integrity and knowledge towards providing a top class service and achieving exceptional results for her vendors.

Having spent time away from the Waikato for study, and her profession, Amanda was raised in this region that she and her family, are proud to call home. Amanda has local knowledge and a commitment to keeping informed and up to date with market trends, which together with her strong network of contacts, allows her to keep her finger on the pulse, and gives her clients the advantage in an often competitive market.

As a parent, a professional, and investor, Amanda understands the different needs and goals of both her vendors and purchasers, and strives to ensure the next step in real estate for each, is a well managed, and successful one.

Having just completed her fifth year in the industry and with Bayleys, Amanda is proud to have been recognised at the 2018/19, 2019/2020, 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 Bayleys Awards as being the No.1 salesperson in the Cambridge Office, together with also being in the top 10% of all Bayleys salespeople nationwide. She has been inducted into the $100m club and the Auction club for the second year running.
The real reward for Amanda however, is the immense satisfaction she gets from exceeding her vendor’s expectations with the results she helps them achieve.

When Amanda is not indulging in her passion for Real Estate, she can be spotted doing the school run, trying to get her kids up on skis out on Lake Karapiro, or fuelling her busy lifestyle with some of the fabulous coffee that Cambridge’s local cafés offer up.
